By creating a test error for the execution of a DCVG survey, the measurement set-up can be checked. In addition, it can be demonstrated by using this test coupon that possible indications can be found. This is desirable when pipe sections are measured with little to no indications. The test coupon can also be used to map the maximum measurement depth during the measurement.
