High silicon cast iron anodes

The anode is a silicon cast iron hollow tube anode. The cable connection is built within the tube anode and drained with polyurethane cable resin over a length of 300 mm. The length of the cable can be indicated separately per anode. The cables are attached to the anodes in our own work place, and delivered in a casing if so requested.

  10mm² red PVC/LLDPE per anode, 7 wires in core

The anode can be put in a casing which is filled with cokes that have the following characteristics.

• Cokes deposition
  Carbon content 96%
  Specific electric resistance < 5 Ohm cm
  Particle size 3 – 6 mm

The casing with the anode is fastened within a steel frame by means of rivets. The steel frame makes it possible to link multiple anodes / dummies together with the aid of bolts during the positioning of the anode column.
